I never ever inferred that Shaun did....

I will however state categorically that he drove through it on multiple occasions and without a doubt stopped at least once or twice inside the city limits... which is just as bad... :p

I may even be so specific as to suggest he visited a place called the Braai and Bake, and maybe even in his rebellious youth partook of the festivities in places like Crowded House or Saints (or whatever ventures occupied those spaces at the time)

Baaaah, I'm back on the 41 IP range and now everything is crawling. Hurry up with my new account :D

New details in, but it seems NNTP is still on a go slow?

Seems to be picking up speed now. There's only 300MB of Linux to go there, so not gonna flood the new network. Has just been so long since I've seen decent unshaped download speed...

Still hovering around 50% of line speed though

Just entered my new details :) Speeds seem good. I logged in to check my usage, shows a "Data allowance", what does this mean?

Edit: Picture deleted

There was some shameful nodding in the office here. :o

My net just suddenly decided to go slow mode (down to 25KB) after having full speed all day.

And then i immediately got the email with the new details.
Seems to be performing the exact same as my previous account in terms of full speed.

However Twitch is still unwatchable, hopefully this is something that will be resolved when ALL the upgrades are complete and configured.

Don't worry about that. We added all accounts in on the capped realm which is why that pops up and the "allowance" is required when created. It's part of the API call and will fail if it's not included. It's also there as a mechanism for us to invoke if some customers go absolutely crazy and start downloading the entire internet.

Think of it as our expected usage for your account for the month from here on out. These details are for your personal use and our analysis against, and not intended to be shared amongst everyone.

That's fine :) I wouldn't go near 200GB anyway

"Looks at his 20GB steam download, looks at that 200GB mark" Ok. :)

I think you need to re-read my post again, Slasher. ;)

Would that be an average that is calculated on previous month's patterns, or what you would deem as reasonable for a xMbps line?

I see my value is different obviously because of my usage of the past month. Only thing i worry about is what penalty - if any - will we incur if we exceed that predefined limit?

I only ask as last month i was switching between many different ISP accounts due to the issues CW had last month, so its not a real world usage estimate of what i use.
