If you don't use the full 100gig with the fusion, will the leftover get moved to the next month or fall away?

It doesn't carry over, no. Carry over costs more to an ISP, so we'd have to charge you more as well for this.

CW I know what a pain it is if the books don't balance. I however want to pay the extra fee, but before I do so, will it mess up your books or not to much?

Oh no, it's only underpayments that mess with the recon.

:D

Is the Crystal Clear Uncapped Unshaped a trail because you're unsure of that price, or because you're unsure if you can make it work?

Ok just got a phonecall from home, saying that we are "capped".

I am guessing this means we hit the proverbial limit on the unshaped.

I instructed my flatmate to reset the router, but he is still having the same issue. Please advise what needs to happen next?

Would be awesome if you'd like to, but we're absorbing that cost for one month for customers. The increases only reflect for next month's invoice.

Fair is fair. Payment has been made.

This may seem like an arb/stupid question, but are your support staff able to answer pricing queries regarding the mail sent out?

generally yes, although mistakes can be made drop me a PM if something is up

I think you must contact support.

Fair enough. I am at work though, so it is inconvenient for me right now to do so. Also, flatmate is IT illiterate, so even asking him to login to the router will be a challenge >.<

Live chat can guide him through what is required.
Turning off a router is not rocket science.

Me and the wife got into a 5 minute fight as to where the rb's power cord was. Her reasoning is that there are 6 cables and they all look alike lol. So yeah for some it might be. :p

Although you could identify the power cord, you still lost the fight, right?
:D

So you're telling me RJ45 looks the same as a power cable?

When I tell my wife to reboot, she thinks I'm taking her shopping for shoes...

ROFL! Been there done that. I usually just go straight for the UPS power plug! Or failing that, "FOR GOD SAKE JUST TURN OFF THE POWER AT THE DISTRIBUTION BOARD IN THE KITCHEN!"

My wife phoned and bitched at me because my son didn't change the HDMI cable over from the xbox to the PC.
Turns out he had but she couldn't figure out that the tv was on the wrong source.
:wtf:

If it proves a horrendous mess for us, we reserve the right to discontinue the product. But the price won't change. It doesn't look likely on the former, but I'm prepared to release it to early bird customers for now and see how it goes.

They are, but this is new to them as well, so there's a lot of hand-holding going on to make sure that the right things are done - in short, yes.
