I know I will pass that mark, about mid way through the month. Also my usage will go up from mid month as several from our TV shows will start returning. I hope the shaped experience will not be too horrible, otherwise I will have to go hunting again.

Well the shaping is only applied to large downloads and released from midnight, so I'd be very surprised if there were may complaints in this respect at all.

Although I'm being constantly surprised in this business, I won't lie. :D

I have high hopes that the account will work for me, even if I have to supplement my httpdowndoads during the day with my capped backup account.

I just hope I can find my home here. Gatvol of jumping ISP's or changing accounts.

Then you sir, require news server access from us. We'll process it first thing in the morning. We've got some heavy lifting to do on our end now regarding the new account provisions and making sure the new products are working 100% as they're created (which they are so far, no stressing please :D ).

I did contact support in the week regarding the EC routing issue, but there was no real news yet. Any news yet?

Last I heard a procurement process was underway for the new equipment but I haven't heard anything since nor a confirmation of when this will be installed.

There's no cap limit, so not sure what's going on but I'll be able to assist if need be.

I am using my Web Africa Free account, and the connection keeps getting dropped to support!

I keep seeing you come one and it then disconnects.

We're doing some massive upgrades at the moment on the accounts and it shouldn't be causing any troubles but I've got the developers here on the line just in case. if there are any issues I'll be able to get some feedback fairly quickly.

I have spoken to them and the transition over the new accounts should be seamless. If there are issues then I apologise and we'll be on top of it to check for you.
 
I see my "cap" limit has also dropped by 100GB?
I will not make my monthly usage on the new total? What will happen when I reach that limit?
I'm referring to September usage.
 
OK I can confirm that a few accounts are being provisioned for the rollover to the new products and the usage isn't changing over properly. We are looking into it. Please let us know on live chat if you are affected so we can try to resolve it manually if possible.
