Hope this wont be the case with mine, when I upgraded to 20Mbs back in August it took 12 hours from the first PM to Charl.

Sure, but then the application for upgrade is 10, we cancel the existing one, and then restart the process for 20 once 10 is confirmed. Will probably take just as long to be honest. I'm on the case though and will follow up for you.
Thanks, I appreciate the effort.
Does Crystal Web only offer uncapped?
Does Crystal Web only offer uncapped?
OK, all systems and services are back up and running now. No need to panic and make weekend ISP plans.![]()
WHERE IS THE ****ING NEW THREAD ?![]()
We're offering a limited number of capped accounts to new customers from mybroadband at the moment. You can hop on live chat and ask an agent about pricing.![]()
If I may ask why limited? I just spoke to the Major regarding one.
For various internal reasons on our side relating to the way we provision them. And because the margins are so slim on capped that we're testing the waters on interest. So I have a goal for a set of data that I require for my forecasting model that can tell me whether I should be charging more moving forward.

I'm sure other interested people might not feel the same way I do, but the price I was given is more than the ISP I was looking at moving to, and THAT company is already a more than I'm paying now (same cap all around). So as much as I would like to have the peace of mind with your support and internet service, the cost do outweigh my current issues.
