Crystal Web slashes ADSL prices

For me pushing up line quality and leaving costs the same is a better option than just dropping price constantly. There's a race to bottom feed among ISPs that you don't want to be part of.

Well said, it is exactly my feelings too.

I should point out a few things:

1) this pricing applies to all existing customers as well, and you don't need to do anything. Your billing will auto-change, and your new allocations are already assigned.
2) unlimited midnight data applies even if you have been capped.
3) Business pricing has been reduced to cheaper or similar to home pricing now as we are actively trying to encourage SMME development in SA.

Enjoy...

Pensioner discounts?

:p

Good stuff from CW.

The Home Capped meets all my needs at an even better price now.

Was genuinely confused when I saw an article about CW price cuts on MyBB. Had to do a double take.

I know it's baby steps, but why was the CW article in the corner of the top right in small writing instead of on the main section how other ISPs are shown, for eg today's (awesome) price cut by Vox.

Much prefer the better speed over slight reduction in price - but can always hint to have both.

Hope I live to see the day when we pay 1st world prices for internet in SA.

I think it's going to snow, no? A CW article, on the front page ;) . Awesome indeed

Now IMO the Home premium uncapped pricing is alright and if dropping the price means getting a poorer product then please do leave it as is

Pity no 6Mbps option on home premium uncapped.
10 is not badly priced, but paying for 4Mbps that I can't use. Sigh...

so Vox drops pricing and gets an article an hour later

then CW does the same and get no recognition?
think OW bought out mybb....

Afaik they have a 8mbps product as well, I recall DJ... saying in their thread that you should contact their support.
