Same issues here on CW. 2-3mbps to london on 100/100 fibre on vumatel. Sent them a ticket yesterday and no response yet.
And no answer when i call either. Awesome service once again. Hiding away when things go wrong.
One more month for my contract then I'm done with them for good.

Yeah i understand that, maybe its because i read the Fibre section more than others i picked up on something that seems more than just opinion, just an observation. Maybe just hard to separate the two for me.
