csgina.dll?

Hi guys

One PC is throwing a funny error on booting up. It says "the logon user interface DLL csgina.dll failed to load.

Have tried a Windows repair, no luck. Also tried safe mode, last known good startup, no luck.

Anyone seen this error before? Please help?
