Custom sounds on iphone

I've googled and searched and am not getting an easy answer on this. I was expecting to find an app for that but am either not looking in the right places or searching wrong or something.

What's the easiest way to make custom sounds (ringtones and SMS sounds) for iphone.

I'd like to be able to have old fashioned Nokia sounds on my iphone (long story why).

Help appreciated.

iPhone 4. 4.3.2 OS. JBreaked.
