The timing doesn't bother me in the slightest. I don't have time for a game like this right now anyway and I have loads of great games in my backlog. And AC Valhalla releases 10 Nov anyway, so it's not like people don't have something awesome to play.

The Witcher 3 and AC Odyssey are probably my two favourite games ever, so Cyberpunk & Valhalla are a good way to end this godawful year. Especially if I can score a new Radeon card at the same time.

2020 is so synonymous with the word delay that I was actually shocked to see the Next Gen consoles being released in time.

They covered that in their statement.

The issue they have is getting the game ready for 9 platforms. A lot of what they are working on now is Day 1 patch material.
