Most of the time I am ignoring him.Just one thing about game stories, not all people perceive game stories the same neither does many relate to stories the same. Personal preference. If someone believes that CP2077 have a great story then it is a great story for that person. My only qualm with the story is a sense of familiarity.
Which brings me to the question, how many of you who played the game have associated with Johnny Silverhand, and followed his character and or advice?
I for one liked the closure side mission of Samurai.

Seems like it's because those jeans are too tight up the crotch.

Jokes aside I really do honestly feel for everyone that was looking so forward to this game for such a long time, and then and went and spent good money on it and then also went in all excited on the game only to be disappointed somewhat.

I believe it is mostly the console people who was hit hard.
I had a stable ~60FPS, pending where I am, running on an i7 4790, 16GB RAM and a Vega64 with the game installed on a SSD. A SSD do improve the game a lot, and there is a slow mode when the game is installed on a mechanical drive, but I don't know how that works. I played 1080p with mixed graphic settings to get a consistent gameplay experience.
I had texture pop ins, glitches, but not as crazy as it is now since patch 1.05, but the glitches does make the game do weird things like calling in your vehicle but it spawns inside another vehicle and then it goes pop. I experienced two severe game glitches in my entire play through where it rained vehicles.
I couldn't complete 6 side gigs, due to it not triggering completion, but it didn't impact my game, however I couldn't reach legendary status in my current play through. My stash disappeared, all my legendary weaponry which I upgraded, with all my collectibles including the Johnny merchandise. I had mission glitches, quite a couple, but restarting the mission resolved those issues, this also happened not once, but three times in a choice I had to make at the end, but eventually I got around that via restarting the mission. You cannot save everywhere you know. I picked up a permanent companion, and going through the threads it seems to be quite unique to my game. I and Flavio... please don't tell me that cannot have companions in this game as I indeed do, he comes and goes though, but he is around more than never and when he is in a mission then the mission is bugged out completely as he is such an enchanting person that all enemies turn to the good side.
Then there are bugs, and I had enough to know that the game isn't polished, especially in mission where the VATS, sorry scanner where you use RAM (/cough VATS) didn't work at all. Enemies turned non-hostile, meaning that you couldn't even aim or shoot at them, and this happened without Flavio being around. Enemies spawning inside assets where you cannot reach or kill them, I posted a photo here where I ran into one such instance, but it happened a lot in my game. Immortalised enemies stuck on 1% health, missions not triggering progress... there are more.
QoL issues such as with the crouch button in conversation. Phone calls when in dialogue. This list is long, but it can be remedied or should be possible to be remedied.
Small bugs where assets are switched, mostly you would see non-weapon or 'story' items replaced with weapons.
I never had things like headless people and so, and I never had severe pop in glitches as I have now with the new patch. I would drive on the highway only to have a vehicle pop in right where I am and then pop goes the vehicle or random people in the city streets would pop in where I drive which would trigger the police.
Ignoring all the above I do have an issue with the game's balancing and how the police behave, but that can be balanced and remedied. Mission triggers where a vehicle is waiting on you, and since I am really a cursed person, I parked exactly, many a time, where those vehicles spawn in... pop. Other things like resetting perks, you perk shouldn't reset when you buy the item (whatever it is called), but rather when you decide to use the item as it is leveraged on a case-by-case basis. They also need to their attention to QoL.
I could complete the game, and I am glad that I did play the game. In the end my game was playable, but the day I replay it I do want a better experience than I did in my initial play through.
Yes, the game was worth my monies, and I have no intention to get my cash back. I liked the experience. Just don't think it is GOTY material, but does have great cult classic potential which is as good as GOTY.
I am currently exploiting the painting bug. Sell it at 4000 buys it back at 50. There are much quicker ways to get rich by the same means which is supposedly breaking save games.
Speak for yourself, I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
The few bugs I came across were hardly noteworthy or game-breaking. If you're still playing games on relics then it's time to lower your expectation for all games going forward...
Sony missed a trick by removing it for PS5 as well, because it will run perfectly fine on it as it does on Series X. Probably why MS hasn't pulled it from their store.Well if he wanted to get it on PS4 he can't anymore. It's so bad that Sony pulled it from the store. That has never happened before for a AAA game. Even those with a PS5 can't buy it.

It is the way. Create a thread that says "did you report this product to steam as broken" and see what happensI see Steam is also silencing criticism. Don't bicker, don't bitch and don't complain about refunds in the CP2077 discussion boards, they do ban you from the boards.
two thumbs up holes
