Hey all. Saw yesterday on the Cybersmart website that they have uncapped accounts. they are only doing 1000, probably a trial or something.

Not bad priced at all.

Just thought you guys should know, havent seem news or announcements about it.

I'm hesitant to move over to an uncapped package.

I just see how the other isp's have done it an worry that the same will end up happening at Cybersmart.
I like my NightRider account. During the day I have unshaped, throttled data, youTube is like watching TV, I can stream to my media device from the internet without problems, TED talks... all great. Then in the evening I queue my downloads and I can watch them the next day. Not using more than 60 gig in a month
Gaming is great, I get the best speeds you can get on a 10 meg line in SA.

If I move to uncapped an all of a sudden I have to buffer my streaming then its not going to be worth it.

Incidentally, having to be shaped has always been my issue with uncapped too. However, they claim this will be totally unshaped. I'm probably just going to wait and see what happens when the line upgrades come through. 1meg is getting to be a bit slow, but I doubt they'll do a 2 meg uncapped for the same price. Nobody else is.
But at least if it is more expensive, then I can still stick to my capped account, which they should upgrade.

It was i was following it almost everyday for a week. If you refined your search on google to pick pages that were a week old you would have gotten it.
