Yip last night was a bit hectic, was abit hard watching the chat :)

I was hunting for a ROG & Kukri when I played darts but gave up, did eventually find a Kukri but its still in my stash.
For me it feels like the way to go now on WD is Focus & Restraint Helltooth 6pc, & TOTD , anything buffing wall of death cooks enermies like crazy. In your cube you will have a furnace, coe & grin reaper. Gems is wildebeest, esoteric alteration & bane of the trapped.I have no survivability running "vanilla" ie season 3 darts its a glass canon build.
Still waiting to see what the top youtube/twitch streamers do with regards to builds, debo mentioned that darts is still the best but so far no one is playing darts. Then cubing the kukri would make sense, doing GR's last night with the guys I could see that the dps was almost not enough & some points killing the boss, but 50+ seems very do able now, its just a matter of kiting like a mofo & recovering enough health :)
I am trying to get enough ancient gear & will then push for 55, upping the gems is going to help a lot as I am on 35 & under.
I really like the way the WD is playing now all the other builds seems lazy compared to what you do now(& thats not even doing the chicken build)
All I can say is WOD, WOD, WOD.
@jaco, what do you think about a firebuild with a rhen'ho & exploding toads, add WOD & a cindercoat, change acid cloud to corpse bomb?
 
Heh, it's DoD for me until I pick up the gear required for an alternative build.

I'm fortunate to at least have a starter build so quickly (thanks to Jaco giving me the DVD and another Zuni piece) .

Im not a huge fan of the exploding toads and rheno, although it says homing I am not satisfied with it. I did use corpse bomb at first, because I had a cindercoat, the half a second delay is a bit irritating but it works okayish, the problem with using a cindercoat is that you will either have to loose you convention of elements to be replaced by RRoG or your Grim Reaper which is out of the question. I do the zombie bears it delivers a pounding.
 
Using the SMK in the cube is to be able to spam big bad voodoo, the new change to the zuni set 2 piece already gave good cooldown to fetish army

Yeah, but I can't use BBV yet cause without carnevil my dps is too low and I have to use Acid: Rain instead.

Hmm, just had a thought, while I'm waiting for Carnevil, maybe I can

1. Cube my RoRG
2. Swap the Zuni Helm for the one that spawns Fetish Armies (VoG)
3. Run BBV instead of FA

That way the SMK makes sense and I still have Acid at my disposal or Cube the VoG and forego the Leoric bonus that I currently have in that slot...hmm

If you want to use fetish only, you can have those little guys do 110% more damage by just changing you active skills. I experimented with such a build and could do a 40 with minimal gear. you will have zero AOE but single target is insane

Not yet doing zombie chargers now will try my luck & see what happens, most intense 15mins I ve had in ages, My poephol het washers gedruk :) died 3 times after spirit vessel also popped & then I got the rat king as boss
 
Btw, can categorically state based on my personal experience :D (as if it needed me to confirm :o ) that the Belt of Transcendence is BiS.

The critters it spawns act as one helluva shield in the higher GR's - I have a Witching Hour that gives me a 15% higher raw DPS and got slaughtered in GR51 (twice) - switched to the BoTr and completed the next one with (relative) ease.

Oh, yah, still no Carnevil - go figure
 
BoT is pretty awesome.
The carnevil build has got insane amounts of damage each of my 5 fetish hit for between 2.5 and 3 bil crits. But the glass cannon you have to build to get that damage sucks, normal range creeps one shots you in a GR60+.
I changed back to helltooth and tried a 61, my best was 15m28s. The amount of lag is atrocious to say the least. I don't see myself going over GR60 solo with this lag.
PS i don't think I have found a Carnevil yet too, apart from the ancient one Neoarchy gave me. :D
