a data center in SA?
must be burning money on bandwidth then...
...bring on LLU, then you'll see some serious action.
Either - depends on whether you prefer the US or the UK option.
And yet it's still sooo expensive.New and existing players have invested in high end hosting facilities, with Business Connexion (BCX) being the first player to build a true Tier 4 data centre.

Putting consumption in front of creation is ludicrous. The two go hand in hand.until we can have real broadband internet connectivity under R400 ALL inclusive there is no point in facilities like this..
Datacentres aren't there to host your family albums and mp3's. They are there for corporates who host huge amounts of data and/or who wants to make sure their data is safe and backed up every day.don't make me choke from laughter on my cereal

I would love to know how BCX have built a Tier 4 DC when we only have a single Power supplier in this country...![]()
