I pay via debit order every month. Sometimes the debit order doesn't go off and 8ta took the outstanding money via eft later in the month or with the next month's amount (ie. double payment).
My service was "interrupted" last month due to the debit order not going off - that I understand. However the debit order went off a few days after that.
With that payment reflecting in TM's account I am back online.
However... the data I had available didn't carry over to October as it always does.
I have paid for that data in full, yet haven't been credited for the remaining data!!!
What's going on???
