I signed up for the R199 10 gig bundle this afternoon, excited to start putting that 10 gigs to use. Alas only to be capped at 2.3 gigs....
So i phoned the call center and was told that i will receive the full 10 gigs at the start of next month and if i want more data i can go buy it on their web site for the ridiculous data charges i am trying to avoid in the first place by signing up for this contract. I was not informed at the shop that it would be pro rata, i expect to pay R199 and receive 10 gigs per month irrespective of on which date i choose to purchase said contract.
Or at the very least be charged pro rata for the amount of data i choose to use till the beginning of next month!
Now i must wait a week until this is sorted out much to my inconvenience....
More and more i begin to wonder reading the posts on this forum if i have made a horrible decision all together.
