Unline the US UK etc, there is only so much bandwidth available in South Africa, and while we're being over charged for it, it's still very sensitive to overuse.
If you wear out the tyres, then you should be the one to pay for new ones.
As far as schools go, the governement HAS already put steps in place to make it more affordable, although they should just make it a .gov expense. As far a ssmall business go, I know exactly where that's coing for, and once again, it's not a case of "free" it's a case of affordable. It the bw intensive app costs that much to develop, it'll cost that much to run and he developer needs to take that into consideration, and/or get a VC.
