Hey all I want to convert my garage into a servant quarters and would just like to know if this is possible. The geyser is running on solar so so that breaker is permanently off. The stove breaker is also permanently off since I switched to a gas stove. The plugs breakers are as follows Plugs1 is running the kitchen the living room, 1 room and the garage. Plugs2 is running the 3 remaining rooms. I was wondering if I could wire the garage to the Geyser breaker to take load off of the Plugs 1 breaker and maybe wire The stove breaker to another outlet socket in the garage to spread the load out? I have no electrical skills but will get a certified company to do it, is it a hard job and what would the quote more or less be ? Thanks in advance

I don't see a problem with it, stoves + geysers just have an isolator on them so you can just remove that. The wiring in the wall will be more than enough for plugs. Just keep the breakers for the plugs at 20a and lights at 10a and you're good to go, and of course label the DB board as such.

So all you need to do is remove the isolators (if you want) change the breakers to either 20a or 10a depending on what you are wiring and label the board.

This is what I would do (I'm not an electrician, but I have a mid size adult mans brain and don't do crossfit)

Since are getting an electrician just phone 2 or 3 to come and give you a quote then you don't have to speculate on a forum.
