Dealing with a bully at work

The thing with nice people are that once they push back it is usually so big it explodes. Then everyone is like: hey, hey, chill man, wtf was all that about? Don't let it fester man...

My wife is literally experiencing the same thing except with a women.
But it's as you say, nice people often get stepped on.

Usually just needs ONE moerse public reaction for the person to back off - that worked for me twenty odd years ago when someone tried that schit with me.

Turned to the person and said, rather forcefully, that I might appear to be quiet but I have one helluva temper and if they continued to push me and I exploded, I would not hold myself responsible for what follows.

Emphasised the point I was making by walking out, banging the door HARD and coming back an hour later telling everyone I had to go walk off my temper.

No one fcked with me after that.

:D

Short left to the eye socket when he isn't expecting it, then scream "Don't you ever try touch me inappropriately again you pervert sicko!"

Apparently women can get away with that sort of thing.

My wife has literally tried everything.
She's spoke to the the person involved, Manager, HR manager, Regional manager, etc.
Nothing has helped.
She was even labelled as an instigator until info came out about said employee which proved my wife was right.
But even this hasn't changed this other women's attitude.

It's because she is a nice person - bullies and jerks work that out very quickly and then makes the person's life miserable

I was a nice person once upon a time too, but maybe this is what googoo needs to turn into a she devil woman?

Fight...fight....fight...fight, everyone loves a good argy bargy now and then. Creates a company culture one can be proud of calling the work place.

Court order?

for harassment?

/don't know if possible, but desperate times and all that.../

@OP,

My thoughts: I think he is jelly because you are hot and he has a not-so-good-looking wife.

-Does he do this to all the females in your office?

Just turn around and tell him straight to stop being an arsehole.

Generally bullies back down if they see you don't intimidate them.

Either that or he pulls your pig tails because he likes YOOO!
