Report card time for Canal+ , approaching 4 months already.
Online guide still bad.
Online app ridiculous - half the time it gets stuck, and at times can't do the simplest of requests like a cancellation.
Call centre (that one's then forced to use..) - each time you must give them all your details again, but one agent I insisted move on today actually managed to.... go figure.
Another call centre irritation - being asked your spam etc. delivery preference even if you've set that up online.
Online app updating - hours after getting a change made by the call centre, the app still has old info instead.
Fail
Same old, ... , same old ...
