Dear DStv - technical faults thread

If only they can fix the audio sync'ing issue on the Swimming.... Every ****** start seems like a false start due to the audio delay. As a dad who watched swimming for many years, it's driving me to insanity/booze/all of the above

and it's been fixed

We got horizotal black lines flashing on the screen, on DSTV STREAM.

On a Samsung TV, ( QLED ) with DSTV STREAM running on a Shield Tube.

Second TV, is an ancient Samsung Plasma with DSTV STREAM running on an equally ancient Original Mi-Box.

Oh well - lets see how long this lasts.

Both connected to the network via CAT 6 ethernet. Not that either device knows what CAT 6, ethernet is.

Had the same on satellite. Back to normal now, think it's a DSTV issue not user-related.

Yep, also think it was a DSTV issue, back to normal, again, here also.

Just got back, and no longer an issue
