Why did you make me confused!!!!

I now don't know which one to take!

Well I think the Mweb one is best. It includes 300 wifi minutes,6 Email accounts and 25mb local ftp storage. I'm not sure if Openweb offers email/wifi or the ftp storage. So you get more benefits with mweb

EDIT: NVM. I see Openweb includes those features too. Hmm.

Dear Pooky

If I were you, I'd rather wait until the end of this month.

There are other exciting developments coming soon. So, hold your horses, relax, wait, and see what happens.

And then make your decision, and commit yourself on a month-to-month basis.

Cheers

This is good advice but whatever you decide on it must/have to be one of the unsustainable options, very important

I am waiting till the end of the month.... But I would like uncapped in April!!!

They are essentially EXACTLY the same offerings...... :(

chances are they are just selling the mweb accounts rebranded as openweb

Now Afrihost said they will be offering uncapped accounts. Now they say that its sustainable. SO they also said that its sustainable if you have sufficient shaping. We will have to see just how much they shape compared to how much Mweb shape.

Yes, most of them will be exactly the same.

You'll have to browse and compare their T&C's with each other and choose then.

But I strongly suggest you wait - as next week AfriHost will release their offerings, and there's also another surprise coming.

Hang on there ;)

Which is the other surprise? If you can't say, could you maybe say what day its coming on? :D

Openweb and MWEB struck a deal... Openweb are just reselling MWEB's package!

Just wish we could purchase these accounts once off like axxess accounts

I'm with MWEB, I will never goto OpenWeb - Was with them, will NOT do that again.
Hoping WebAfrica will come to the party... I have always liked WA's setup (web etc)

I'll wait for Telkom.... no matter how much the other ISPs have, until recently, still been unable to improve on my use of Telkom's Do and AllAccess packages! They throw in the "free" local that no one else can match.

They are the same accounts, i.e you go over MWeb's network with their shaping etc, so performance will be identical. It's just who you prefer for billing and extras, I'll go with Mweb here rather. I don't know if you get any of the Wifi minutes etc on Openweb?

um, so you gonna use that free local after you run out of uncapped? :erm:

Good luck with that! :D

/hands over flame suit (although I think you have a few already!)

The other benefit is the bundled call minutes and free after hours calls. As someone who is away from home a lot, this really helps my family to stay in touch with me!

Or since its a month to month package.. you can join Mweb for as long as it takes Telkom to get a better deal on the plate... Then you score...
