Default Password - Huawei B683 Wifi Router

Hi guys,
I have a Huawei B683 Wifi router from 8ta.
I forgot the admin password and would like to reset the device but I also lost the default password.
Anyone with the default password or is it unique per unit.

Probably username and password are both admin
