Desperate cry for help

Bought a package with a domain from Afrihost. Logged in countless times, went to client zone and tried to log into website manager. Get this error each time:


Does anyone have an idea what I can do to fix this? The WhatsApp chat support is useless.

I find their support email to be decent. They've always responded to me there regarding hosting issues.

Your first option should have been to get the domain via GoDaddy, that way you could have jumped ship.

What I presume you have done, or rather, assume, is that you've gone for an AIO package jobbie from Afrifail, and they register the domain on your behalf?
What I would do if I was you, would be to email Afrifail, make noise here as well and get that domain transferred to a decent registrar, then choose hosting somewhere like with HostKing or with Jade.
