I recently purchased a Dell Optiplex 7020 for basic home use and noticed that on boot-up the following screen appears for about 10 seconds before the Windows 10 login screen.

MAC address and DHCP followed by a suite of dots........

Can this be bypassed to get to the Windows login screen quicker?

As mentioned by @R4ziel , the BIOS has network boot in the boot order. You can disable it.

I hate it when network boot is enabled by default, not sure why dell enables it by default.

I've rolled out a few of those optiplex client things, having network boot by default is amazing, you just set up, plug in and let it go, next time you touch it windows is installed and configured and you put it back in the box. Having to enable network boot in the bios for hundreds of pc's would not have been fun
