Did telkom break my router?

My Internet speed and ping during games was a bit iffy so I phoned telkom and asked for a port refresh. Someone told me to try that. I did so and they asked me to switch off my router and after a while to turn it back on. Since then my Internet refuses to work.

I have one of those telkom Billion 400G routers and its beady little red light is making me consider mass murder b

I get no Internet connection and have tried many things.

It was working. And then it wasn't. I'll get a second router from a friend on Sunday to see if its the router. Several calls to telkom and my isp didn't help. They all say they can't see anything wrong with the line.

Hope I don't have to log a fault.

If internet is red, usually problem with username/password not setup properly, hard reset the router and then resetup.

That's not it. I checked that already. Quite a few times.

Tried bridge mode and PPPoE from PC?
