When did this start? From the absence of some, I take it not all are experiencing bad speeds :confused:
 
all works well on my side
just FTP up and down
and online application login does not work (Facebook apps ens..)

what does work....facebook! (albeit slowly)beemp3 - one at a time!

The more expensive digichilli accounts have had some of the new changes applied to them first, so it's possible the hot and medium accounts will function differently than the cheaper ones. The cheaper accounts are next.
 
Browsing is a pleasure and Youtube is getting better. If only they would put it back to how it was on Friday night :(

Dave mentioned the following in his response to a question i emailed him.

We're moving to virtual pipes per client. i.e. 256 kbps pipe for each spicy etc. We've had to write our own software to interface between the radius and the shaper to do this. We've done and tested it on hot and medium accounts and will be implementing it for spicy and mild today. The challenge was making it dynamic and not just once off.
