DigiChilli January Status and feedback

HTTP: Acceptable
Torrents: Still no more than 5KB/s
WoW: Doesn't work, I can log in but I can't log with my characters (hangs at the loading screen)
EVE Online: I can log in, but nothing loads. Therefore, this DOES NOT work.
Steam: WILL NOT CONNECT PLEASE FIX THIS, AS YOU GUYS HAD IT WORKING!
IMs: GTalk doesn't work, shows a friend online and then they go offline as soon as I try talking to them.


How long have you guys had? more than 2 months now? Please tell us where you're going wrong?
I wanted to be patient, but right now I'm on the verge of asking for a refund and forgetting about this ISP forever.

(PS./ I'm on the Spicy package, on a 384 line)

OK this is just downright annoying. Apparently DC decided that even the miserable 15kB/s they have so graciously been allowing me is far more than i deserve and they've taken another 7kB/s out of my internet connection.

If this is the crap I'm going to have to endure there is no way I'm renewing in Feb.

My average speed on this POS link is 13.5kB/s for the past 24 hours. What complete crap!

I was tempted until I saw that you were in my GF's room. What are you doing there? She doesn't have internet access in her room? :D

Yip, the DC rep told me if i wait for next week then i will get that week plus feb for the same price....however, i have a news account that will expire next week so it will go to waste.

ok my service is finally back up but the SMTP server is not working. :-( bad news for me, I work from home and this is a serious issue for me. smtp.digichilli.com does not work and neither does my domain smtp!
 
IM work .. but MSN will not log in .. i am not sure f it is DC or MSN server.
ONline apps login still dead (Facebook apps)
FTP up and down is still throttled at 1kb :(
Browsing is good
HTTP downloads max my line out
Did a skype call to UK .. call still drops after 20seconds or so

Morning all, I see alot of people are still having problems, i ran a few tests this morning and all is running very well, browsing is great,
single http download up to 11.5KB/s,
Multi http download up to 42KB/s
Torrents download up to 47KB/s
Have not tried p2p emule as i dont think it will get more than 6 KB/s
and connection and service has been running all weekend till now very well, except the two or three 10 min downtimes in the middle of the night.
Spicy and 512 line

You are very LUCKY! my downloads are at 15 KB/s and torrents at 11-14KB/s
