LOL, I guess I'm just very persistent.

Should be fixed by about 2pm i guess, i received the email at 12:28pm today, so like maybe by 2:30 / 3:00pm it will be up properly.
 
i have registered, waiting for my account details. I also e-mailed their support with a few questions, and they replied promptly, and they said that their shaper is almost finished and all their problems should be a thing of the past.

Lets hope so!!!

Ha, they still shape ALOT!! but i do think it is worth it.
 
HTTP single - 12kB/s max
HTTP mutli threaded - 22/25kB/s max
Torrents - 28/30kB/s max
Browsing - Sluggish but improving
Audio Stream - Working
Video Streaming - Working but slow
IM (Pidgin) - Working nicely even when downloading


Big improvements over the last hour, maybe even near finally fixed? Let's wait and see :)

We are back and sizzling. Please check your connection and if you are getting bad speeds reset router or renew your PPP IP. If this does not work please contact the call centre so we can test your connection.

what speeds should we get? please post a list:

HTTP single:
HTTP Multi:
Torrents (lots of seeds):
Audio streaming:
Video Stream:

I did not test skype and FTP but from the video performance on youtube it looks allot better.

Can you really use an IM as a measure of a good connection? Thinking thats why Gothan left it out.

Only got username & pass yesterday, so hopefully i can test it all out, will let you all know how it goes.

Still seeing absolutely no bursting whatsoever. Browsing is also extremely slow. Not looking good...

Yip it helps me see if there is any packet loss same thing with audio streaming. If the audio stutters you know bandwidth is being lost, plus people have had trouble using IM clients for a while :)

Speeds are bursting but not even to 32kB/s think we need another update :o

In run type cmd>enter
in the black window type ipconfig /all > enter
This will display ip address of your network devices.
Next type ipconfig /release > enter this will change all ip addresses to 0.0.0.0
Next type ipconfig /renew > enter. This will renew your ip addresses.
I hope this helps.
