We are still having intermittent network issues.
Cheapernews
I'm waiting for the legal dept to get back to me on this issue. So far, I have not had any legal correspondence on this issue. We view this as a high priority although not critical. We'll escalate this to critical within the next 24 hours if not resolved.
Packages and speeds
People should be receiving their package speeds at this stage. For those that ran at 4Mb/s it may appear that they've hit a wall. They've just hit the package throttling wall. If this is not the case, please mail me.
Torrents
Torrents are off the 1-2KB/s mark. It should get to 15-20KB/s depending on seeds and package. Not quite there yet but better I trust.
FTP
Any issues?
Gaming
PS3 and Xbox stuff hasn't been specifically addressed as yet. The current latency on the link is keeping us away from this.
Steam should be ok. SL is better but still kicks me out. We are still working on them. They're mostly hiding their servers.
Call Centre
The VoIP provider is not playing ball. We are addressing this. Quality of calls are bad enough for our staff not to be able to hear clients. Please be patient with them. Skype voice and chat is sometimes better as communication.
Support emails
Emails to support at digichilli dot com should be receiving regular answers. Copy me on any emails that you've sent that you have not had a direct response to please.
