Well, I'm back up and running...

It's a long shot, but worth a try for those of you with authentication issues...

I e-mailed Chantel and Dave, telling them that I was having authentication issues on both the original test account ID as well as the credentials I'd received when I paid for Jan.

Chantel replied back saying that she'd just tried my more recent credentials and that it worked (and here's the catch) but the password I had and the one she supplied were different.

Tested with the new password and I'm back online. Speed is still so-so, but hey, it's on and I'm just downloading stuff while playing Mass Effect through again on the XBOX.

Also mentioned to her that Dave should stick his head in here and give an update if possible as "the sharks are circling in the water again "

The connection dropped and when I tried to reauthenticate it didn’t want to.

Why did I receive a password for December and then when I paid for January, I received a different password? Do I need to change my password on the router every month?

same with me, I've since tried dialing out a pppoe from windows, and it returns "invalid username / password"

At the moment I don't have any joys... hopefully this gets sorted out... Also I'm not sure if it is something with the payments or not, because I read here, that some people had to send there proof of payments because there is an issue with the payments or something... Anyway, We can only hope to get this DC going, Now I'm gonna forget about this... Get Drunk and Listen to Death Metal!!! Hell Yeah \m/

It's the start of a new year with the old having ended with Saol, Cybersmart, Screamer and DigiChilli, all stepping up and giving us what we wanted.

We cannot complain. We have the world as our oyster...

If DC is not to your liking, there are many choices...

I'll hang for 3 months and see what happens.

If you're a business, you know you should not be on DC or Screamer at the moment.

If you're an occasional user with a few cents to spare, you will watch it evolve, from the inside.
