I would like more updates. Actively working on a network without keeping your customers continually in the loop is a highly annoying. You plan your night around a particular file arriving and then two days later you are still waiting.

I would just like some communication. I think my frustration is starting to build as this is day 40.

Lol best part is they are on Skype, I them about the authentication issues and I see them typing but they never reply.
Now that’s frustrating:p

I think Hilly has just to much work on his plate. One man can only do so much, i swear i'm starting to think some of the networking geniuses on this forum should offer their services pro bono.

I heard they are working on a new website which will be launched in a week or so. It'll supposedly give better status updates.

I could not connect to DC this evening, I phoned and got through, spoke to one of the ladies who asked whether my account had been paid which I confirmed had been paid on 28 December. I was then informed that I must try and log on, after which I did and was unsuccessful. I again got through to DC and spoke to a different lady who informed me that the person that dealt with me the first time would phone me back on the cell number which I provided. That was @ 19.45, well it is now 21-15 and no call from DC. I tried to get through on the phone again without luck only reaching voice mail. Well I do not have any service via DC at the moment and do not wish to continue doing business with a poor service provider and request a credit for monies already paid.

What a day line was down most of the day now still getting error 691 what next

6 hour disconnect came by and now I'm also unable to authenticate.

Me thinks this is a problem effecting us all this time around.
