Guys im not being funny but how come every time you phone digichilli they say they will phone you back and nothing happens ....i get a better response from dave than from the service centre. At least if they keep the people in the loop then they will not get to much angry clients...like there is at the moment. Come on DC i want to use you guys but the way its going now its not gonna happen.

I tested with guest@telkomadsl, and i could connect to telkom so it cant be them.
I've been struggling with telkom from the 19th DEc 2009 to fix a fault.
I paid DC the 17th already, could only use it the 27th of Dec and to my amazement I struggled wit DC also.....No this again, come on...

Not a chance. and dont try using skype to call them, they just reject the calls... AND the helpline let you hold for 3 minutes and then drop the call

Half the problem is that there are too many users singing their praises. In my 15 years of using ISP's...... I've never known of such poor service. I thought I would give them a chance in January ......but no way am I paying up for February .........I'd rather get a capped account that works when I need it to.
