PROBLEM Bad Attitude

HEADLINE Digichilli bad service delivery.

THE INCIDENT
Tue 15 Dec Got my Digichilli account on the 15th December, from that instant I emailed [Hidden Web Address] as well as contacted the customer service, complaining that I had no connection and the connection I did get at times was very slow. My international torrent downloads were never more than 0.1kbs, youtube was hanging continues and internet browsing was almost impossible. At times I had no internet connection at all, when I contacted your customer service center it was told to me by a gentleman with the name of Themba, that Neotel server was down causing digichilli's problem, again I was promised a call back to NO prevail. I again emailed Chantel Coetzee, Dave Welmans (MD of Digichilli) as well as their support, till today, no reply! Yesterday after a good few digichilli clients had been begging for their feedback in the digichilli forum, we found the forum had been removed from the digichilli website! How sad is that? But the network status said Network operational! When I still had no joy or connection. About a hour later i discovered my account had been suspended due to no payment for the month of January! How can this be when December I had no connection and lost R240?

The upstream suppliers must be routing through Baghdad.

They have clearly been bombed by a drone of some sort.

im going to most definatly not pay for DigiChilli next month..DigiChilli looks like a company that has lost everything now and are just failing hopelessly at EVERYTHING the least they could do is give us a more detailed explanation not major catastrophe. thats such BS they should have a back up for something like this even if it is slower internet. What if a corporate company bought uncapped from DC and relied their company on the internet usage and lose millions, what then! nope this so called "uncapped" is total and utter rubbish by the looks of it SA wont have uncapped internet like they supposed to for 2010 and if they do lets hope they don't use screamer or DigiChilli or the world will laugh at SA

so wtf wat are u telling us i got to the call center yesterday and they yes everything is working just finer except 4 torrents. And the MAN of i had to get tranfered to after taliking to the person who i cant understand said. dont worry its all working.

SO wtf DC YYYYYYYYYYY are you lying to us i dont like to be lied at. I had a friend once he laid and i broke his nose.
