I at least want to see 20+ KB/s downloads

Dave told me i would expect 40...Never got more than 10 kB/s from torrents

Disconnected after this post...Websites refuse to load...

Rebooted router and PC, but now Secondlife cannot load the 1st page for login even.

Speakeasy speed test showed an error http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/showphoto.php?photo=14152&cat=500

Refreshed the page, but it did not load fully. Ran the test again and the download went slowly at around 60kbps, then jumped in two jerks, to 130+kbps. Then the upload part gave an error. http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/showphoto.php?photo=14153&cat=500

3rd try it worked.

Download Speed: 150 kbps (18.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 84 kbps (10.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Speakeasy seems to work again, after the tests above, a few minutes before,

Upload Speed: 83 kbps (10.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

But speedguide just still loads the error page.

EDIT: Speedguide works again.

IF DC was "flying" i would be able to play cod 4 mw 2 ... but i cant so they are not flying they are just upping the stupid http that noone cares about. all we want is news servers and games + some torrent . i dont care if the http is slow the rest must be supper fast

True, My Torrents are at 29KB/s now... But yeah have to agree on the gaming side...

HTTP will ALWAYS be the priority on any ISP network....shaping or no shaping. Phone an ISP in the USA and say torrents don't work you'll get a bit of the run around, phone them and say HTTP doesn't work and you'll get taken a little more seriously.

Some people (like anyone who browses any websites since the history of ever) do use HTTP lad and some more of us even use it for downloading

We got tired of waiting for support people to resolve our issues. so went to sleep. Still cant connect - after speaking to support TWICE!

I have had it with DC now.....I want to cancel, and I want a refund for January as I could barely use the connection. It sucked when it was up anyway.
