DigiChilli January Status and feedback

well for the first time my emule has reached 7KB/s since on digichilli, but and a BIG but, HTTP browsing is stupidly slow,still showing no seeds or sources in torrents and emule and while im typing this this page is still loading lol
 
Okay, now seriously. Everything's back to shyte again...

I can't log into GTalk.
Steam won't log in,
Browsing is practically dead (I'm surprised I can even post this here).


I don't understand what the heck is going on here... SUrely you guys would have been able to fix this by now?
 
OK, my connection is in the toilet now. My RS will not even connect. Torrents are screaming along at 3kB/s and OpenVPN cannot connect. The 60 second timeout is reached before the packet arrives back from my server machine :sick:

Average for the past hour is about 12kB/s ... :(
 
things going better myside. RS better, browsing also better. Sped look like bursting double atm. (4meg line, getting about 70kbs on RS)

From the DC site:......

This is a managed service, with business protocols taking priority. Network conditions will determine the speed of P2P* and torrents.

Surely this means they can throttle or shape??
 
As far as I can tell DC hdcp is not throttling anything they are shaping packets.

Don't know about RapidShare, I'm at work gave the GF a ring and ask her to check the torrents.
