It is related to the way we currently allocate bandwidth are we are adjusting this.

Offically requested my refund. Got a call from a screamer rep, answered all my questions, very helpfull and knowlageable.

Far better than my spelling. Lets hope this will be a better uncapped service.

First day on digichilli. Had login details since 1pm today and haven't had a minute of uptime.

I was pleasantly surprised when I phoned their call centre to find out a lot of isp's were experiencing downtime. Must be some really strange ones I've never heard though since afrihost (IS), telkomisp (saix), gconnect and webafrica all seem to be working.

I am really amazed at how bad this ISP is! I don't think it's even fair to call them an ISP since I've not received any service as of yet.

DC went dead at about 5pm. I switched over to telkom quickly, since the router is in bridged mode. Telkom was also down for a min. http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/showphoto.php?photo=14229&cat=500

Since then, DC is still dead. Using the telkom account now.

Looks like a weather issue(Telkom) as our main branch is situated in Hyde park and we are also having some connection issues(Call centre)

This is what my boss mailed me:

Yup even my badly seeded torrents are reach 15kB/s easy dunno what they did but can they PLEASE not break it
