Try reset your router it helped me. Maybe DC is starting every IP block up one by one which would mean it'll take a while for everyone to be back up =/

Working here. Best to give them a call and make sure they haven't "suspended" you due to "non-payment".....which is the only reoccurring gripe I've had with DC the past few months.

Okay DC is down. Just phoned and confirmed it. If you're still on don't disconnect I think you'll get the Auth Error like me.

I bet you anything it's either the Seacom final config or Neotel again

Getting full line speed here. Can you post the file you are trying to download? I'll test it with IE8. I don't know why FireFox are giving you such bad speeds

Its just an anti virus program but here is the link. Even if I try and download skype it takes like an hour.

What you trying to download? Try to download something from Microsoft's site and post results.

Tried downloading some files from microsoft now using firefox and the speed is normal.

I will try it with IE. I built a new pc today. I installed a new Wireless USB dongle (D-Link) but I dont think that will cause the probem.

This is my speedtest results but the downloads dont go more than 10kb/s in IE or fireforx.

Are you able to try with an download manager like FDM? Don't know why, but for some strange reason i am still on the 41.x.x.x. range and still get digichilli phase 1 when running speedtest. So if someone thats also on the 196.x.x.x range can test and give feedback how there single threaded downloads are doing.
