Thank god I didn’t give them my credit card details and paid via EFT.

Tried the “Cool Down” feature on their site to cancel my account but it just opens with a blank page after clicking the blue chilly button. Even their contact page doesn’t allow multi line input and submits when you press enter in the “multiline” input box.

I had a couple of good download sessions but it doesn't begin to make up for all of the downtime.

Sorry to say this but you should have sorted out all the issues before going live and taking people’s money.

SAOL, here I come…

From the 7/8th December I'f only been able to get about 4.5GB out of DC. Constantly trying.
Signing up with Afrihost now. In Jan, for R300 I'll be asured 10GB DL + a McDonnalds shake, better sleep/less time spent on MyBB.

Not complaining and I'm thankful for the 4.5GB as it's a test account.
Point is, I WOULD really like to pay for a working service, but how can I for something this frustrating to use?
Best of luck DC, I'll signup/EFT the moment I'm convinced things are fairly stable for a good few days/weeks.

Local is sluggish, struggles to connect now and then. Intl is really really bad.... worse performance than 56k atm (and I had 28.8k, not 56k)

Things aren't *completely dead* like they were earlier but international is still absolutely bumballs slow and packet lossy as it's been all week.

Had a great run already on Digi (34GB since launch) but with these recent issues I'm desperately looking for that light at the end of the tunnel.

Me too, seems the worst since it started. Those providers better sort this out, DigiChilli should claim damages from them or something like that.

Any updates for the day? I cant believe it takes so long to get something like this fixed. Its probably not being worked on by the upstream providers?
