Haven't been this disappointed with a product ever. Not getting much back in return for my money. Don't see why we should give DC so much time to fix it without complaint, wouldn't do the same for any other service which I have daily dependence...

Still ppl unable to login? Surly cant just be my account!
Its not my router or anything, friend who im sharing with also cant connect.
Dave, any ideas or ETA?
This happened twice to me a few days ago. I just kept on hitting "redial" (using a PPPoE dialup connection) and it connected after about 5-10 tries.
The account is in my router, its been retrying for hours now since this afternoon and still nothing.
Hmmm, have you emailed Dave or the sUpPort team?
it seems though that if u download alot of http downloads at once u get ur full bandwidth
yip, mailed them at 17:12. no feedback so far
I wonder if digichilli will give a full R240 refund if you have a free trial account?![]()
Hahaha! I dare yah :O!
Ask for a refund, no way! Digichilli is still my best bet for a long shot, so im sticking in there.
There will be many options soon! Such as WebAfrica, their trial was better than DC's final product, in fact better than the IS account I have![]()
In 2 months yeah. I'm sure by then DC will have everything sorted out. All good for us though, price wars. ^_^
the only problem and im not insulting is that whenever i do an http download it starts of at about 40KBps but then it drops to about 15-16 KBps. i mean its not torrents
oh but i forgot they stil workin on it i presume
it seems to have gone back to good now

I'm really hoping webafrica step up to the plate. But i have my doubts though.
