Just an update.
The techies have been applying protocols, bouncing networks etc. We seem to be much better although there is still some 'whiplash' in the system. It may be caused by a particular interface and they're logging it, tracking it etc. By tomorrow we should have a better view of that particular item.
The shaping is in place at the moment to eliminate some possible problems while we identify and rectify the problem.
Customers are asked to take note of the call centre number and dial the 'hot'/468 one and not the 'h0t'/408 one. i.e. people mistaking the 0 for an '0'.
