I seriously doubt that good looks got her the job but who knows with Zuma's taste in women, certainly wasn't intelectual abilities or any other qualifications. I can only think of one thing she might be good for if her shopping sprees were put to an end: throw coins down her throat and she could become a piggy bank.

There is one attribute that usuaully clinches it for politicians. Not having any ability in the portfolio held. In this case the total lack of communication (or articulation) skills must have made her the ideal choice.
