I finally got fuel cash back yesterday. But it seems that it is only for August and September.
 
Apple TV+ is included with all iPhone purchases made after 1 September (for a limited period, though). Thus, those of us making use of Discovery Bank's iPhone offer get a free 12 month subscription to Apple TV+. Activated mine last night; 'saves' one only about R85 a month, but still worth knowing, I suppose.
 
When joining Discovery Bank does the vitality gym benefit automatically move over to the bank gym benefit (linked to money goals) or do you still have a choice to remain on the previous vitality and booster benefit (linked to vitality health goals)? I won't meet their spend requirements so would prefer to continue getting 100% through vitality health

You will stay on the old one. Unless you move over the benefit

I've used the domestic lounge at Cape Town and King Shaka. Access is fine, use the Loungekey app, works well. Lounge itself in both places wasn't great, crowded and food was mediocre.
 
does you discovery GAP cover you points on any of the rewards , or any experience on it ?

So you can elect to stay on the 75% +25% (if you make your 900 points each week) option? Did you just specifically mention that when applying for the bank?

I never specify anything, and automatically stayed on the old one. I get 75% discount on gym and then 25% back in cash once hit goals.

Yeah the rep I spoke to the other day said they will discontinue it and it won't be available. But they would notify us. I'm still own the old one.
 
Just spoke to a bank consultant. They confirmed miles multiplier has been discontinue.
 
So if I am correct the maximum cash back from Vitality Money on fuel spend is R150 per month. This is 15% times R1000 as they only take into account the first R1000 spent on fuel per month.

It’s correct I also got 150 for few months now. But my healthy food and healthy gear cash back from bank side is very confusing as they pay much less than what I was supposed to get. And there is no way to confirm what is being paid for what. Vitality part seems to get paid more consistently and correctly. I have been trying to get some answers but nothing yet.
How’s your cash back from bank side?
 
Yeah I got 2 fuel payments this week ...seems they missed October. The healthy food is definitely a miss ...mines stayed the same even though I am on 44% cash back

I have no idea as it is impossible to understand. Did you get separate cash backs from the bank and from normal vitality for healthy living/food(or do they pay it as one cash back)
