New update after a long time on iOS and Android

• You can download your account transactions to a CSV file or excel spreadsheet and send it to your secure email address.
• You can view scheduled payments linked to your beneficiaries.
• We have introduced lazy-loading, which allows you to scroll through your ‘transactions’ page to see more transactions.
• General bug fixes and other minor enhancements.
 
Has anyone else noticed how the discovery miles earning rate changes from the 20th of the month until end of month? I am on Gold Money Status so the earning rate is R40 = 1 mile. Since Saturday i've been earning R100 = 1 mile (which is equivalent to blue money status). I logged a call in January with the exact same issue and I see it hasnt been resolved.

This has to do with the fact that for each type (colour) account, there is a threshold for earning miles on expenditures. I’m on Platinum and think I am capped at R15000 per month before the earning rate falls to 1 mile per R100. I considered going for a black account, but the increase in monthly costs does not add up to the higher cap on expenses to earn miles. Cleaver bunch, I must say.

You can go over cap and still earn at base rate with small trick but can only do it once a month.
 
Does Spot have a monthly top-up limit? I am aware of the threshold valve being R30 000 monthly limit. However it seems that I can't top-up more than 30 times a month?

Your last swipe before you go over the cap always gets the full amount. So before I reach my cap I do massive swipe and that swipe still get me full amount of miles. Only really work with fake spend generated to make it worth while I guess.

I can't get into version 1.1.6 and 7 ,It doesn't detect my finger input and thus can't login.
Been two months.i have a Nokia 8 sirocco, lucky I have my old phone I can login
 
Anyone received their Discovery Insure Fuel Rewards payback yet? Usually get it around the 17th/18th but nothing yet.

Can anyone download their CSV file for Discovery Miles and see if they received the 6x points conversion from when discovery switched to the miles 2nd week of Jan. I've check and I'm missing those points.

The x24 error that is occurring is due to rooted Android devices (I don't work for discovery, just passing the information I have)

Hi - how do you download the csv file?
 
So I've reached my monthly spend limit R15000 platinum cc, so my earn rate I get is now 1 mile when I spend R50 or even R80 which I think is correct

I need to do a large purchase, if I wait till the 1 March will I receive my usual rate of 20miles for R1 again or does it need a few days to reset or the new billing cycle? I'm hoping the 1st gives me my normal earn rate again?

Its normally on the 1st without an issue, as you only earn miles when it clears

I also have the platinum card and the rate is actually R100 earns you 1 discovery mile once you hit your cap. That’s 0.01% which is pathetic. If it is indeed a large purchase and you do you have a different card from a different bank I would suggest you rather use that. If you want simplicity though, then just wait until the 1st of March
