The x24 error that is occurring is due to rooted Android devices (I don't work for discovery, just passing the information I have)Discovery Bank, is anyone having issues with the 1.1.7 version on Android? Keep getting a x24 error, tried using 1.1.4 but the backend detects that version is to old.
Hi - how do you download the csv file? Can anyone download their CSV file for Discovery Miles and see if they received the 6x points conversion from when discovery switched to the miles 2nd week of Jan. I've check and I'm missing those points.
Its normally on the 1st without an issue, as you only earn miles when it clearsSo I've reached my monthly spend limit R15000 platinum cc, so my earn rate I get is now 1 mile when I spend R50 or even R80 which I think is correct
I need to do a large purchase, if I wait till the 1 March will I receive my usual rate of 20miles for R1 again or does it need a few days to reset or the new billing cycle? I'm hoping the 1st gives me my normal earn rate again?

Dynamic Discounts are also impacted by the amount spent (card swipes and online purchases) in the previous month. If you fall into a lower spend band (compared to the previous month) the dynamic discount will be lower.I see my Dynamic Discounts have been knocked off by 6% although my Vitality Money status has not changed. Anyone has experienced that or knows the reason?
Many thanks for the update.Dynamic Discounts are also impacted by the amount spent (card swipes and online purchases) in the previous month. If you fall into a lower spend band (compared to the previous month) the dynamic discount will be lower.
I find that it takes 2/3 working days after month end for the total spent in previous month to be accurate, plus there might be transactions that have not cleared yet and therefore not yet included in the total spend.
See herewhere do we find the spend bands? I've also dropped![]()
I think these tables say it all. When you need three pages of spreadsheets to track hundreds of combinations of earnings rules, then it's just too complicated to be worth it. I have found myself disengaging from the programme entirely because I can't mentally track all of this. Nothing hurts a customer experience quite like having an expectation set up that simply isn't met, time and time again.See here

I queried in November last year, and after many exchanges and calls, I concluded there was a deliberate strategy of obfuscation. For each of HealthyFood, HealthyCare, HealthyGear:
The list of transactions counted toward each cashback
The total of qualifying purchases
The percentage applied
The cashback amount
