You can sell it miles to me :). I’ll buy at 11c per mile. Since it’s cash you will earn more miles using your credit card.

Spoke to Takealot, seems like the functionality to pay with Miles is not currently supported.

Miles is still listed as a method of payment on their website, I thought it was just a system error. Pity if they don’t support it anymore. Can highly recommend loot.co.za as an alternative though. They support miles and they have vouchers in the Discovery app. Range not as big but I’ve had nothing but great service from them in the past.

Received more feedback from Takealot, you can pay with discovery miles only on the desktop version of their website and not on the app or mobile version of the website. Tested it and it seems to be correct

I received it via email, I don't have any of those methods setup to pay, is it worth it just for the competition?

You get an entry every time you do a normal contactless payment with your card (tap to pay) - you don’t need to use a Fitbit/Garmin/Samsung device
 
Just noticed my cashback % on healthy gear and healthy food has dropped this afternoon. Anyone else ? ‍

I see that Discovery Bank is now allocating the monthly fees to the credit card account instead of the transaction account for bundled accounts. I guess that means we will be charged interest on the fees unless we transfer a cash equivalent into the credit card account immediately.

The same would have applied on the transaction account, unless you had a positive balance in that account. Makes a lot more sense to charge it to the CC account in my opinion
