Anyone else still missing HealthyFood miles meant to be paid this month? Received for HealthyGear/Care but nothing for food yet.

Yes, I got everything apart from the HealthyFood earlier this month. Logged a query 1.5 weeks ago, no feedback yet.
 
Anyone know what is going on with the 65 percent vs 40 percent discount? When I do the online calculations it says I get 65 but the brochure says 40% this is on gold account diamond level

What card color and account type do you have?
 
It appears someone might have forgotten to update the online calculator after the covid special ended on 31 August. Awaiting a response from them but that is their answer so far
 
Hi all just a few more queries, when shopping at clicks or dischem,is it necessary to swipe the discovery card to earn the discount back, or can you swipe the clicks card and pay with a fnb card and then get the 40 percent plus the 15% in ebucks?

And then can someone screenshot the part in the app where it shows you your weekly goals please, where they state it should be, I got nothing.

Probably a bit late but this happened to me as well, the account was deactivated because there were no transactions for 3 months, I had to phone them and k@kked on some dudes head because of how stupid their system is, they reactivated it after a couple of hours, still BS.

Yes if clicks linked to discovery. I did that with dischem

You will only get the bank part of the miles when you pay with the discovery card. You will still get the discovery health part if you pay using FNB
