I haven't had any enquiries (per the ClearScore ap) and recently moved to Diamond.Does anyone know whether Vitality Money puts an Enquiry on your credit report every month when they request information to update your status?
No, they're soft enquiries.Does anyone know whether Vitality Money puts an Enquiry on your credit report every month when they request information to update your status?

I was "promised" a R1000 Woolworths voucher. When I phoned to ask when I could expect it they referred me to the "T&Cs apply" on the email, That brought up a PDF which stated it would happen only in February and referred to it as a prize. I'm uncertain whether there are hoops to jump through to get it.How do I set my damn pin? And get the promised R1000 dischem voucher?

I don't know. At the point where I had to switch to Discovery Bank from my shortly expiring old credit card I received an email for the R1000 voucher if I submitted all my documents by 8 October. What competition was this from?
I see that for 2021 Discovery have wised up to those of us getting to Diamond Status by using an overdraft (at 5%) to take our savings up to the required level (earning 6.25% on TFSA, 7% on Fixed deposits or even just 4.75% on Vitality Savings account). For next year you need to:
Get to Gold Vitality Money status + the following positive balance across your Discovery Bank accounts: Gold accounts >= R20 000 Platinum accounts >= R45 000 Black or Purple accounts >= R100 000
So it may be worth downgrading from Black to Platinum account. Need to go and do the sums.
At the moment Discovery only look at your savings balance. So if you have R100k overdraft facility and your savings target is R100k you could transfer R100k from your Discovery cheque account into a Discovery savings account and you would go to Diamond with a R100k owing on your cheque account and R100k in your savings account. The change from next year is that your balances across all your accounts are assessed. So in my example your balance across all accounts would be R0 and you would not qualify for Diamond.I don’t see what you imply is true here as it’s already the said amounts for the Diamond status.
Can’t reveal my source but Discovery Bank might have Apple Pay support early next year.
Yep and nobody checks whether you a Discovery client or not? At least when I travelled in October.Pleasant surprise at OR Tambo
