I didn’t have to upload anything, all the information is obtained automatically from Astute and Experian. It’s only if you have an eligible source of points that doesn’t reflect automatically that you need to upload proof.

They told me as well depends on cc spend money status,so I asked well what exactly must I do to get she also couldn't tell me

can someone confirm viltality savings account will be a stand alone or addon account?

Both my wife and I have cheap cell phones and I have therefore been unable to register. There is a requirement to take a pic of ID docs, yet the app does not want to take the picture. I presume it is as a result of a lack of an autofocus feature on the camera.

There is also no option to upload the docs which is either a short-sighted decision or an effective way to ensure that only your more well-to-do clients apply. (That last comment was a joke, lol).

I must say that I am very impressed by their fast customer support.

I emailed them on Friday at 20:45 derailing the above issue and within 15 minutes a banker replied asking for technical questions pertaining to my login so that they can send it to the developers.

That said, I am still waiting for further feedback.

Will be given to you when you open an account with DiscB. It is a standalone but there is no opt-out feature.

Yea true. I know Fnb now have skeleton staff at night. Not sure if it’s a common thing to have 24hr support for all banks

Quick question is there a base %spend on any of the discovery rewards. For example if I dont buy at pnp and ww. But at spar will that earn anything?

Not on Vitality, but maybe on discovery miles.
 
So vitality money consultant called me who says they are reviewing the vitality money benefits and will be sending out info on Monday (maybe) as I asked for more info for the spend band to get these up to %. She did give me info like I'm on spend band 0, as I send less than R5000 per month so clearly need to spend more than that to get more % off.

Oh and she said with the money rewards you need a minimum of R1000 in that free vitality money savings acc then it will unlock the transactions of 20 per week however she did say if you dont get the 20per week it gets carried over till the following week

Just did a transfer from Absa to disc cc and another to disc vitality savings acc reflected after 2 hours, I thought it takes two working days to reflect
 
My devise booster was paid into the new disc vitality money account,which is fine .but does the dischem healthy care also now get paid Intto that or still loaded onto the loyalty card?

I think it goes into the card. I can’t remember getting back cash for healthy care at dischem back into my bank account. Only healthy gear. You should get an sms saying x amount is loaded as points into your dischem card.

Thanks , mine was always paid into my loyalty card never got the SMS tho, was just wandering if they paying it into the vitality money like my device booster
