I finally have a ‘Change Account Colour’ button but when I put my income in it says no upgrade offers found. I’m looking to downgrade from black to plat. Has anyone been able to downgrade?
I haven't seen my cash back yet. Maybe it's part of the problems they are having with the cashbacks.Different question, has anyone received the 10%-15% fuel back from Vitality Money. Got my cash back from vitality drive but nothing yet from vitality money since i have been with the bank
Accounts > 3 dot menu > Change account colour. It then asks for income information. Even if I understate my income it doesn’t present gold or platinum options. Overstating doesn’t present upgrades either. Guess I’m stuck on black. I’m on iOS...Where is the change account colour button? And are you ios or android?

Thanks! I had to overstate my income massively for the option to upgrade from Plat to black to appear!Accounts > 3 dot menu > Change account colour. It then asks for income information. They post you a new card . Not sure about woolworths, I don't shop at Woolworths.Upon Receiving your Discovery Bank card you get a healthy food card that replaces the old pick and pay one.
Do you need to activate a new Woolworths one as well ?
Or Dischem and Total Sports for that matterUpon Receiving your Discovery Bank card you get a healthy food card that replaces the old pick and pay one.

It’s only PnP that changes. Reason is that the old FNB Discovery Card was swiped in lieu of the Healthy Food card so most people don’t have a PnP Healthy Food Card. If you have one you don’t need to update it afaik.Or Dischem and Total Sports for that matter
If you mean the original HealthyFood Card for those who did not have the FNB Discovery Card then you do not need to update. However, if you did not have the HealthyFood Card (or had the FNB Disc Card), then you have to register. It’s only PnP that changes. The registration is not quite straight forward though.
No changes on the Dischem/Clicks or Sportsmanwarehouse/TotalSports if you had them before. If not you need to 'apply' for them by activating Vitality (and paying for it).
Got my iPhone over the weekend after 'practising' for some 3 weeks to see if we will hit the targets. If you hit 11 out of 12 monthly targets, you'll still be fine. That is one Money target not achieved per cycle. Our goal is 20, though - platinum credit card only.Anyone signed up for the free IPhone? How are you tracking towards achieving all the goals. I should easily make health and drive, money as well if it was not for the issue where the bank does not send though all transactions to vitality. On average I have had 3- 4 points missing every week since getting the card which makes a difference between reaching the 25 target and not.

Just read this on their website
"Members will start earning Discovery Miles from their HealthyLiving and Fuel partners in 2020".
Not sure what this mean, will they pay cash in 2019, or nothing and benefits only start in 2020 ?
I asked them this question. Apparently they owe me R35 and they only pay out when the amount is over R50. So I asked them how they calculated that amount because according to my sums they owe me R104. No answer yet.Different question, has anyone received the 10%-15% fuel back from Vitality Money. I think they don't care. As long as you pay the monthly fee, they seem to be happy. I think I might do the same once Discovery supports PayPal withdrawal, electricity purchases and data purchases and I can finally leave FNB altogether.I upgraded to black card by just typing in that I earn 80k a month, they did not ask any proof yet. The account is showing the black card now, waiting for delivery now.
Only did this for the additional flight discounts.

That wouldn't be a problem if Discovery supported PayPal withdrawal since that's another source of income for me. That's why I will stay on Plat for now.Correct me if I’m wrong but your requirement will become stringent. Particularly the savings since discovery gives you full points for 3 months worth of your salary. Your retirement points also will take a hit because you get full points if Discovery thinks you have enough savings to meet 75% of your income.
What conversation rate will they pay in miles? For example if I currently get R212 gym booster cash back would that not equate to approximately dMiles of 2000?I think they gonna stop paying cash and paying miles. Makes sense cause it will be cheaper for them to pay in virtual money.
I want to know when they gonna start with the multiplier.
