It's been there all along. Basically just the miles earned on the old credit card which you can still use. But earning new Miles is on hold till the new Miles aka e-money launches - supposedly in September

Discovery said replying to someone's Facebook post that it will be later in the year so I replied mentioning that they previously said September

I also have the same problem dropped to silver status

Contacted them and now back to Diamond again but Dynamic Discounts not updated yet, it’s gonna take more time to change it seems.

Update on this one, just spoke with another call center rep.
This mail was sent to a number of people in error on Monday. They're working to resolve and resend the correct mail.

Anyone seen this mail before?
Does anyone know what an "ID status issue" implies? The call center agent didn't know.

Why join Discovery Bank on their soft launch, and complain about issues? Obviously there is going to be issues that they need to fix. lol.

Figured out a solution. You don't actually have to watch the full video. Just watch a few minutes to let the video load, then it registers as watched.
